Very good hotel, extremly kind and nice staff, wondeful and clean onsen. We enjoyed the lounge and free drinks untill 11:00 pm. Great idea ! Many families with kids around provided a great atmosphere to us.

Nothing. Everything was just what we expected ! One thing you need for sure is to have your own car because of hotel’s location.

Lack of pool facilities

We liked the amenities and thought that the staff were friendly and welcoming.

There were many uncontrolled children running up and down the hallway (both on our floor and the floor directly above us). The constant noise of running around lasted until 10PM each night we stayed there. It was indeed very frustrating. I wish the hotel staff did more to alert the parents of these unruly children.

When I turned on the TV trying to watch Netflix I got an error, so I called the receptionist and asked if someone could come help fix it, they told me that the internet is bad and the smart tv doesn’t work and that they can’t fix it because all their TVs are like that. Also there was nowhere near to buy groceries or food other than the Conbini which required a drive.

Renovated rooms were very big and nicely done. Beds were comfortable. The Onsen was exceptional, breakfast buffet also great. The daily lounge and free afternoon tea was amazing.There is also an indoor kids club area which is open from 7am for young kids, a playground outside as well, was a great hotel for young children

Unfortunately they desperately need more lifts in the hotel, always a queue but this does not take away from the experience too much

Good location above sea level. All Japanese tourists.

Pool closes 1730. No restaurant close by. Hotel restaurant can only be used when booked full board. Room is outdated but clean.

Breakfast was good with a wide variety of food. The view from bedroom window was excellent.

A bit too crowded although it was inevitable during the golden holiday week.

Clean, new facilities with an incredibly spacious onsen. Location is a bit far from the stations, so you'll need to drive in order to get there.

- Beautiful sea view. - Nice onsen. - Buffet dinner was great and so was the buffet breakfast although rather expensive taken the star-rating into account. I’d rate this hotel 3 stars since the rooms are outdated - although spacious and comfortable. I’d expect to pay the a similar amount for food in a 4 or even in some 5 star hotel.- An awesome place in a quiet location if one simply wants to relax for a few days and go nowhere.

- For the size of the hotel there are not enough lifts. For 12 floors plus basement there are only 3 lifts which are constantly full.- If one doesn’t have a car, a shuttle bus from/to the nearest train station provided by the hotel is an option. The only thing is that the shuttle needs to be pre-booked and is sometimes full. A taxi is another option though.- There are no restaurants or convenience stores near the hotel so one is almost obligated to dine in the hotel.

Food choices limited. Not allow to purchase more sake.

The spa was good to relax. The laundry room was good, washing machines were free , while the drier was for ¥100/hour. Game center and table tennis rental service were good to have despite the extra-charges.

The location is far from the beach and city. The weather didn't help as it was raining most of the days , so there was no swimming pool no tennis court usable. The rooms are small. The rate of the room is per person. With two small kids we paid the price of a huge room for 4 adults but it is the same room one or two adults were using in the same floor. They changed the breakfast location and didn't inform us. We were surprised to go to the breakfast room and find it closed , then we went to the receipt where they informed us it was changed. They lied it was rank up , while it was simply because there were less clients and they used a smaller place.

Not much meal options late in the night. Very inconvenient.

The hotel was clean and staff were helpful. The onsen was great.

The breakfast was expensive so I decided not to have it at the hotel.
